These General Conditions shall be governed by Spanish legislation. Should any controversy arise as a result of the application or interpretation of these General Conditions, DIMEC and the User shall submit themselves to be Courts and Tribunals of the city of Vitoria-Gasteiz (Spain), with the express waiver of any other rights that might correspond to them.
